3720 Autumn Dr

Experience the pinnacle of Mid-Century Modernism in this secluded Overton Park estate, an architectural tour de force designed by Larry Morton Gernsbacher, AIA. A protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West, Gernsbacher's mastery of organic harmony is on full display in this 1957 masterpiece, originally commissioned for the Brachman family.
Tucked away at the quiet end of Autumn Drive, the residence spans over 6,300 square feet of multi-level living space where geometric precision meets natural warmth. The interiors are defined by expansive glass walls that invite the surrounding forest of mature trees indoors, illuminating custom stonework and original built-in furnishings. At the heart of the home, a dramatic central stone fireplace anchors a soaring great room designed for the sophisticated collector.
The estate's features include:
Chef's Sanctuary: A recently modernized kitchen featuring professional-grade appliances and a panoramic window wall with sweeping views of the grounds.
Artful Entertaining: A seamless flow between formal dining areas, a hidden wet bar, and open-concept lounges.
Outdoor Oasis: Set on nearly an acre, the private grounds feature a sparkling pool and a secluded firepit lounge designed for starlit gatherings.
Generous Proportions: 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms offering ample space for family and guests alike.
Located just moments from the Fort Worth Cultural District, this property is more than a home—it is a piece of living history. This is a rare invitation to serve as the next curator of one of Fort Worth's most significant architectural legacies.
